Account Information: Email address and name provided during signup.

Conversation Data: Messages you send to QAi and the responses generated. This includes text content, timestamps, and any feedback ratings you provide.

Usage Data: Message counts, session information, and interaction patterns to enforce rate limits and improve the Service.

Cookies & Analytics: We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Authentication: To verify your identity and manage your access
  • Service Delivery: To provide AI-powered responses to your questions
  • AI Training: Conversation data may be used to train and improve the QAi model (BIGLLM)
  • Communications: To send sign-in links, service updates, and important notifications
  • Analytics: To understand usage patterns and improve the Service

4. AI Training & Your Data

Your conversations with QAi contribute to improving the AI for everyone. We may use your conversation data (without personally identifying you) to fine-tune and enhance the BIGLLM model. Feedback ratings (thumbs up/down) help us understand response quality. You can request deletion of your conversation data by contacting us.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS). We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only. We implement Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure users can only access their own data.

6. Cookies

We use the following types of cookies:

  • Essential Cookies: Required for authentication and session management. These cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics Cookies: Help us understand how you use QAi. You can opt out of these.

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Supabase: Authentication and database
  • Vercel: Website hosting
  • Resend: Email delivery

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data and account

  • Export your conversation history

9. Data Retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Conversation data may be retained for AI training purposes even after account deletion, but will be anonymized. Usage data is retained for 90 days.

10. Children's Privacy

QAi is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
