1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using QAi ("the Service"), provided by Xilbit Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

QAi (Quantum AI) is an AI-powered conversational assistant specializing in Nigerian knowledge, including history, culture, politics, economy, and current affairs. The Service is powered by BIGLLM, a large language model developed by Xilbit Inc.

3. User Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use QAi. Users under 18 should have parental consent.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or copy the AI model
  • Generate harmful, abusive, or misleading content
  • Overwhelm the Service with automated requests
  • Share your account access with others
  • Use the Service to build competing products

5. Conversation Data & Training

By using QAi, you acknowledge and agree that your conversations may be used to improve the AI model. All conversation data is stored securely and may be used for training, evaluation, and improvement of QAi. You retain ownership of the content you submit, but grant Xilbit Inc. a non-exclusive license to use conversation data for AI development.

6. AI Limitations

QAi is an AI system and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. Responses should not be considered professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.). Always verify important information from authoritative sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated content.

7. Rate Limits & Fair Use

We impose usage limits to ensure fair access for all users. These limits may be adjusted at any time. Exceeding limits may result in temporary restrictions on your account.

8. Intellectual Property

QAi, BIGLLM, the QAi brand, and all associated materials are the property of Xilbit Inc. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or brand materials without written permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Xilbit Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
